Bulqit uses group pricing. When enough neighbors in a Block want a service, Bulqit runs an RFP (request for proposal), and vendors compete to win the whole Block. For most services, the winning vendor sets one bulk price for the group, divided fairly using a unit of measure, like number of windows for window washing or surface square footage for pool cleaning. You pay a rate based on your specific home.
Some services use a flat rate instead. Every home in the Block pays the exact same price. Either way, group pricing means lower rates than booking on your own.
