We’re on a mission to build the infrastructure for trusted neighborhood services.

Home services shouldn't be a hassle of scheduling, rescheduling, and overpaying. Our team is passionate about making them work better for everyone.

Our Story

We revolutionized how Internet was delivered in Chicago.

Prior to our involvement, residents were overpaying—signing individual contracts for overpriced service, even when their neighbors were using the exact same infrastructure. We built a smarter model: organize demand across residential buildings and blocks, negotiate as one, and drive prices down while improving speed and reliability. The biggest savings came in large buildings, but the impact was citywide. That business scaled quickly and became Zentro, now one of the Midwest’s leading Internet providers. That business was acquired by private equity in 2021.

But the bigger idea wasn’t just about Internet—it was about unlocking collective power to eliminate waste. And nowhere is that waste more obvious than in single-family homes, especially in Los Angeles, where there's limited density, tons of driving, and nonstop traffic.

When Keegan began splitting time between Chicago and Los Angeles, he ran headfirst into it. His gardener wouldn’t accept digital payments, so he had to Venmo his mother-in-law just so she could write a check. That same gardener was driving 30 minutes between jobs—burning time, burning gas, and operating with zero efficiency.

Meanwhile, Tom had been dealing with the same dysfunction for more than a decade in the northern suburbs of Chicago: fragmented services, disconnected neighbors, no scale, no leverage, and no one stepping in to fix it.

So we built it.

Bulqit brings neighbors together to collectively purchase recurring home services—like landscaping, pest control, pool maintenance, trash bin cleaning, window washing, and power washing. We’re launching our first Bulqit Blocks in Los Angeles, with plans to scale nationwide—and fast.

Homeowners get lower prices and better service.
Vendors get dense, profitable routes and predictable income.
Neighborhoods get smarter, cleaner, and more connected.

And this is just the start.

We’re beginning with six services, but the opportunity is massive—from housekeeping and delivered laundry to property tax appeals and, yes, maybe even Internet again someday.

This is how neighborhoods should work.
Let’s build them that way—together.

Our Values

People First. Block Always.

We believe in the power of neighbors acting together. We serve real people, not just “users,” and obsess over their experience. Real people. Real conversations. Real support. Real results.

Shared Wins, Shared Work.

Homeowners, vendors, and entire blocks—everyone’s success is connected. This isn’t gig work or lead-chasing. It’s a neighborhood partnership. Our members trust us. Our vendors hustle. We back both with fairness and a platform built to deliver.

Integrity Over Ease.

We do what’s right, not what’s easy. We earn trust by taking responsibility, owning outcomes, and making things actually work. No blame games. No fluff. Just smooth, quiet infrastructure that does its job.

Fix What’s Broken.

We’re not chasing shiny trends—we’re solving real problems. We fight complexity with simplicity. We obsess over friction and sweat the details. Because small changes can unlock massive impact.
