By accessing, browsing, or using the Bulqit website (the "Website") located at bulqit.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website.

2. WEBSITE USE AND RESTRICTIONS

Purpose
At this stage, the Website is provided for informational purposes and to aggregate demand from both homeowners and service vendors. By collecting interest and building demand now, Bulqit will be able to launch immediately once significant participation levels are achieved. We plan to launch in early 2026, at which point these Terms will be updated to reflect our operations and the provision of actual services.

Permitted Use
You may use our Website for its intended purpose of learning about and expressing interest in Bulqit’s future neighborhood home services platform.

Prohibited Activities
You may not:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Residential Address: When you join a Bulqit Block, we collect and store your street address to determine service area eligibility, organize neighbors into blocks, and connect homeowners with relevant vendors.
• Technical Information: Address verification (via Google Places API), IP address, browser/device info, usage patterns, cookies/session data

How We Use Your Information

• Verify addresses and determine service area eligibility
• Send marketing emails and nurturing communications
• Improve our Website and develop services
• Measure and analyze demand levels from homeowners and vendors to prepare for launch
• Comply with legal obligations
• Organize participating homeowners into Blocks and facilitate communications and offers from vendors that may serve those Blocks.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bulqit, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Website.
• Bulqit, LLC’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Website shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100), regardless of the cause of action.
• These limitations apply whether claims are based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Bulqit, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Bulqit is not a party to any agreement between homeowners and vendors and does not itself provide home services. Bulqit does not warrant the quality, safety, or performance of vendor services, and homeowners agree that Bulqit is not responsible for vendor acts or omissions.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bulqit, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Website
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your participation in any marketing, outreach, or events conducted by or on behalf of Bulqit, LLC
• Your violation of any rights of a third party

These Terms apply to both online and offline interactions, including any marketing, canvassing, or promotional activities conducted by Bulqit, LLC or its representatives.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
