Refund Policy

All purchases conducted through the marketplace constitute transactions solely between Members and Vendors, and, accordingly, all refund, return, and cancellation rights are determined and administered by the applicable Vendor. By completing a purchase, Members acknowledge and agree that each Vendor maintains independent policies governing refunds and that it is the Member’s responsibility to review such policies prior to entering into any transaction. Vendors are required to clearly disclose their applicable refund and return terms and to process any valid refund requests in a timely, consistent, and commercially reasonable manner in accordance with their stated policies. The marketplace operates exclusively as a facilitator of transactions and is not a party to the underlying sale; therefore, it does not issue, process, or guarantee refunds. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the marketplace reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review disputes between Members and Vendors and to take appropriate action, including enforcement measures against Vendors who fail to comply with their published policies or applicable standards.
